240917: INCIDENT AFFECTING BROADBAND AND VOICE SERVICES

Location: Bishopstoke SO50.

We are currently experiencing a network incident in Bishopstoke affecting services. Engineers are currently investigating the issue and will provide an update as soon as possible or within 2 hours.

Work to replace faulty network equipment and restore services was completed at 21:29:35 on 14/12/22.

Customers should now find services to be working as expected. We will continue to monitor services to ensure they remain stable.

Any issues being experienced after this time should be treated as individual cases and reported in the usual manner.

Engineers have identified the problem and found that hardware on site has failed and requires replacement. Spare equipment is expected on site by 21:00 where we will then install and configure to restore services.

As we continue to work to resolve this issue, further updates will be provided at 21:00 hours or as soon as the supplier arrives at site.

Engineers have been investigating the problem and found that hardware on site has failed and requires replacement, this has been raised to the supplier who will attend site with a replacement. We are continuing to work to resolve this issue and a further update will be provided within 5 hours or as soon as the supplier arrives at site.
